How quickly do you respond to referrals?
Our goal is to respond to every referral inquiry within one business day. For urgent placements, please call us directly at (770) 489-9242 and we will prioritize your request.
What documentation do I need to submit a referral?
Typical referral information includes the client's name, address, waiver program, authorized services, and any relevant care notes. We'll guide you through the specifics during our initial conversation. You will not need to navigate forms alone.
How do you handle communication and updates for my client?
We maintain consistent contact with both the family and the referring provider. If anything changes in the client's care situation or status, you'll hear from us promptly. We also participate in care conferences and team meetings as needed.
Are you familiar with DBHDD and DOAS regulations?
Yes. Our operations are built around current Georgia regulations for both DBHDD (Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities) and DOAS (Division of Aging Services). Compliance is not an afterthought for us. It is built into how we operate.
What happens if a caregiver isn't a good fit for my client?
We take caregiver matching seriously, but if for any reason a match isn't working, contact us immediately. We will work quickly to reassign and address the situation without disruption to the client's care.
