Must have these requirements
- Completed Application for Employment
- Must be dedicated and responsible, kind and caring
- At least 1 year experience in client care
- Must have a License, Certification, and experience in the position applied for
- Current C.P.R. and First Aid certification.
- Physical Examination with Medical Clearance
- Current drivers license
- Social Security Card
- Proof of Employment Authorization
- Proof of Auto Insurance. All caregivers must have access to reliable transportation
- Two verifiable emergency contact numbers
- Annual TB screening
- Nationwide Criminal background report issued within 3 months of application date
- Nationwide Sex Offender Check
- Personality Assessment
